Beth Ladner brings extensive expertise to the real estate industry since 2006, specializing in closing, mortgage processing, and mortgage underwriting. She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies and is certified by the National Association of Legal Support, showcasing her commitment to professional excellence. Beth's outstanding work ethic and customer service skills are instrumental in ensuring smooth and successful closings for her clients. As a lifelong resident of Hancock County, MS, she deeply understands and values her community.
Outside of work, Beth finds joy in camping, fishing, and gardening. She also dedicates her time to volunteering with "The Guards," a locally organized non-profit that supports various community needs. Beth and her husband, Chad, are proud parents to two children and doting grandparents to three grandchildren.

Nicole Davis brings her love for people and a cheerful, positive demeanor to the Coastline team. Having moved to the Coast in 2017, she finds joy in helping others discover their home in South Mississippi, much like she did almost a decade ago. Originally from Tacoma, Washington, Nicole studied Public Relations at the University of Oregon, where she also played bassoon in the University Symphony and enthusiastically supported her favorite football team every Saturday during the fall.
Now residing in Gulfport, Nicole and her husband Jeff share a passion for travel, frequenting Disney Parks throughout the year, exploring new local restaurants, and cheering for their beloved sports teams.

Angie Necaise is co-owner and Operations Manager of Coastline Title & Escrow, leveraging over 25 years of experience in the industry. She holds licenses as an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. Angie's outstanding success as a closing agent is rooted in her unwavering dedication to exceeding client expectations.
Recognized for her exceptional service, Angie was honored as the 2023 Affiliate of the Year by both the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors® and the Mississippi Association of Realtors®. Beyond her professional endeavors, Angie indulges in boating, fishing, and savoring the natural beauty of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, a place she proudly calls home as a lifelong resident. She resides in Kiln with her husband, Heath, and their daughter, Laney. Their son, Tyler, practices law at the esteemed firm of Paul, Weiss in New York City.

She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and later graduated law school at Mississippi College in 2004. Melissa is passionate about facilitating and managing the closing process for homebuyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
She is an active member of the Mississippi Bar Association and contributes to the community as a member of the Diamondhead Community Church. Melissa resides in Diamondhead with her husband, Mike, and their two daughters, Madison and Kaitlyn. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her daughters' travel volleyball pursuits. Melissa is also an avid LSU Football enthusiast who values spending quality time with her family and friends.
